CNC Turning Services

Our state-of-the-art Turning department is made up of 3 CNC Turning Centers. One
HAAS SL20 has live tooling allowing us to perform secondary machining operations creating complex parts in one operation.

We also have a HAAS SL10 with bar feed allowing continuous runs on production parts.

Hardinge Cobra 65 allows us to handle larger diameter products up to
14.00” dia. x 30.00” length.

We machine a variety of materials including but not limited to carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, bronze, and exotic materials such as titanium, Inconel, and all the latest Engineering plastics.
