P.T.Products & Services, Inc. CAD-CAM department uses the latest version of MasterCam and SolidWorks software for programming our CNC Machining Centers and CNC Lathes, with a fully integrated network which allows programs to be sent directly to the machines.

With the use of MasterCam and SolidWorks, we can accept a wide variety of file formats. IGES, DWG, DXF, SAT, SLDPRT, SLDRW, SLDASM, X_T, X_B,
XMT_TXT, XMT_TXT, STEP, VDA, WRL, STL, CGR, PRT, XPR, ASM, XAS, PRT, IPT, IAM, PAR, ASM, CKD

Reverse Engineering:
Our customers often provide us with nothing more than a sample part or a pencil sketch. No Problem. Our highly skilled staff will take measurements and observations using the most sophisticated inspection methods available. We will then translate this information into extremely accurate CAD files. P.T. Products & Services, Inc. uses Mastercam and Solidworks software to convert this information into solid models and
detailed drawings up to 24" wide.
